Local conditions may vary, so always consult your local agronomist and adapt to local conditions.
Seed rate
Core fungicide programme
- T0 - Cherokee 1.0lt/ha +/- Triazole if increased rust risk
- T1 - Cherokee 1.25-1.5lt/ha + Unix at 0.5kg/ha

- T3 - Amistar 0.5lt/ha + Triazole (quarter to half rate)
Nitrogen application
- High yields means extra Nitrogen may be required to ensure breadmaking specifications are met
- In the region of 180-200kg N/ha total required
- 40-60 kilograms N/ha at flag leaf fully emerged will increase the grain protein level
PGRs
- Ketchum is a tall strawed variety with moderate standing power
